What you send us

Two forms on this site collect information, and only what you type into them.

The quote form asks for your first and last name, email address, phone number, the kind of insurance you are asking about, your city or town, your business name if you are asking about business insurance, anything you write in the message box, and how you heard about us.

The service request form asks for your first and last name, email address, phone number, your current insurance company, what you need, and the details you write.

Both forms also carry a hidden field that only automated spam scripts fill in. If it comes back filled in, the submission is discarded without being stored or read.

What we deliberately do not ask for

No Social Security numbers. No driver’s license numbers. No dates of birth. No bank account or card details. An insurance application eventually needs some of that, but it happens with a licensed agent by phone or in person — never through a form on this website. If a page here ever asks you for those, something is wrong: call us before you type anything.

Payments go directly to your insurance company through their own systems. We link to them. We do not take payments on this site and never see your payment details.

What is collected automatically

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It sets cookies in your browser and tells us things like which pages are popular, roughly what city visitors are in, and what kind of device they use. It does not tell us who you are. It does not run on our internal staff pages.

Server records. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps ordinary records of requests to the site — IP address, time, page requested, browser type. They exist to serve the site and to keep it up.

How we use it

• To answer your quote request or service request
• To compare your coverage across the insurance companies we work with
• To follow up with you about that request or your policy
• To keep the site running and keep spam out
• To meet our obligations as a licensed insurance agency

We do not send marketing you did not ask for, and we do not sell your information.

Who else sees it

The insurance companies we quote with. This is the whole point of an independent agency: to shop your coverage we have to tell the companies what you told us. Each of them has its own privacy practices.

The services that run this website. Cloudflare hosts the site and stores form submissions; Resend delivers those submissions to our inbox; Google Analytics measures traffic. They handle the information on our behalf.

When the law requires it. Insurance regulators, or a valid legal request.

That is the whole list. We do not sell your information and we do not hand it to anyone else for their own marketing.

Where it is kept, and for how long

Form submissions are stored in a database run by Cloudflare and emailed to the agency. We keep them as long as we need them to do business with you and as long as insurance recordkeeping rules require, then we delete them. If you would like yours deleted sooner, ask.

How it is protected

The whole site is served over HTTPS. The internal page where staff read submissions is behind a password, is not indexed by search engines, and is seen only by the people at the agency who handle your request. No website can promise perfect security and we are not going to pretend otherwise — but the most sensitive categories of information are never collected here in the first place, which is the point.

• Ask us to delete it, where we are not required to keep it

Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google publishes an opt-out add-on for Analytics. This site works normally without them.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

This page is published in English. The note below says the same thing in each of the four languages this site is offered in.
